    We provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules from a team of chartered surveyors which highlight long term building maintenance plans. Our PPM plans identify and address potential issues before they become costly problems, allowing your business to budget and prepare.

    We offer contract administration services, including advice on contract selection, project management during the construction phase, and full certification. Our services also cover the management of variations and instructions, quality control across all trades, 12-month defect inspections, and certified NEC Supervisor duties.

    Detailed recording of a property’s condition, either as part of legal or contractual reasons, may form part of a lease, pre-construction or in relation to Party Wall matters, limits liability of either landlord or tenant.

    General advice on the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, issuing of notices, providing schedules of condition, liaising with other appointed surveyors, producing and serving a Party Wall Award.

RICS Home Survey Level 2
Suitable for most properties

The surveyor inspects the inside and outside of the main building and all permanent outbuildings, recording the construction and significant visible defects that are evident. This inspection is intended to cover as much of the property as is physically accessible. Where this is not possible, an explanation is provided in the ‘Limitations on the inspection’ box in the relevant section of the report.
